Services may include automated machine or hand wash cleaning, allergy treatment, heavy and light stain removal, minor carpet repair, deodorizing, and other specialized cleaning processes.

1.2 Scheduling and Pickup

• Customers can schedule pickup and delivery through our website, social media platforms, or by contacting us on the phone.
• Pickup times will be confirmed based on availability, and customers must ensure their rugs are ready for pickup at the agreed time.
• If help is needed to move carpets or rugs out, notify us beforehand.

1.3 Payment Terms

• All payments are due upon pickup of rug or carpet, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payments via mobile money (direct or shortcode), bank card, bank transfer, and cash.
• Invoices will be provided for all transactions via email or preferred chat platform.

1.4 Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, stains, or delicate materials when scheduling services or on pickup.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions or improper prior care of the rug.

1.5 Liability and Guarantee

• We guarantee a 100% Carpet Freshness Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we will re-clean the item free of charge or offer a refund.
• We are not responsible for wear and tear or damage caused by improper use of the carpet after cleaning it.

1.6 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of ¢50.

1.7 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other direct communication methods.
